Halloween and More

Sorry it has been so long since I posted. I try to put new pictures on here once a week. We had some problems with the laptop though this week so I wasn't able to get to my pictures. Kaelynn is doing really well. Here are a couple pictures from last week.

Kaelynn and Chloe

For Halloween the whole family went to two Halloween parties and Kaelynn was really good. We bought a pumpkin outfit for her for Haloween. It ended up being too warm for her to wear it though. Plus when I put it on her she turned her head in the hood to try to eat the hood. It was funny because you couldn't even see her face. I was worried that she would suffocate! After the parties I came home, fed her and put her to bed. She started fussing a little later so I got her up and found that she had thrown up (I guess she partied to hard!). Her hair was all wet and there was a big wet spot around her head. That is the first time she has done that. I was a little worried but she seemed fine and hasn't done it again.

Last Saturday we went to Sean's parents. That night all of his brothers and sisters were going to take him out for his birthday. He turned 30 two days before Kaelynn was born so he didn't get much of a party. However since then he has gotten to celebrate his birthday several times so he is doing OK. I was a little nervous because I had never really been away from Kaelynn. I honestly didn't want to go out. Sean's mom was going to watch all the kids and I know that Kaelynn couldn't be in better hands, but I still was nervous about leaving her. She isn't real good about taking a bottle so that scared me. Well, I went for a little while and she did fine. She took two bottles OK and when I got home she was sound asleep.

On Sunday, Sean's family had a baby shower for me (actually I guess it was for Kaelynn). They like to wait till after the baby is born to have a shower so everybody can see the baby. It was a lot of fun and we got some good stuff. We got some toys which Kaelynn doesn't have many of. We also got a high chair which we needed. Aunt Robyn gave Kaelynn a Cabbage Patch Doll which was neat because I played with them when I was younger. We are grateful for all the gifts.
